Yael Sara Zofi is Founder & CEO of AIM Strategies®, a human capital consulting firm specializing in virtual teams and cross cultural communications.
With 25+ years of experience in executive coaching and training, Yael has worked with global leaders from Pfizer, Philips, Con Edison, JPMorgan Chase, Viacom and Nokia. Her coaching approach focuses on helping virtual teams become more successful. She has created team alignment tools, facilitated strategy retreats, designed talent programs, and facilitated merger integration with over a dozen global firms. Prior to AIM Yael was the Global VP of Performance Management at J.P. Morgan.
Ms. Zofi has authored 4 books, most recently, A Manager's Guide to Virtual Teams. She has been featured in CNBC, Forbes, Business Week, Bloomberg, Blog Talk Radio, WatchIT TV, HBR Expert Series, CIO magazine. Yael has been teaching at New York University since 1995 and is affiliated with NYU Tandon and Stern Business School. She holds a Business Degree from Rutgers University, a Masters from Columbia University and has done post-graduate work with AU/NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
